What Eko Can Do For You Now

Instant actions — done in one message

These are quick, store-internal changes. Eko does them immediately and shows you a confirmation card with an Undo button, so a mistake is never more than one tap from being reversed:

• Update stock — "Set the stock of the red sneakers to 40"
• Change prices — "Change the price of the lace wig to GH₵350"
• Show or hide products — "Hide everything that's out of stock"
• Turn discount codes on or off — "Deactivate SAVE10"
• Publish or unpublish reviews — "Publish that 5-star review from yesterday"
• End flash deals — "End the weekend flash deal now"

Bigger actions — Eko asks first

Anything that touches your customers or your money never happens silently. Eko prepares the action and shows you a confirmation card with the full details. Nothing happens until you tap Confirm:

• Create payment links — Eko itemizes the products, shows the total, and gives you a copyable link once you confirm
• Create discount codes — code, value, expiry, and usage limits, exactly as you described them
• Update order status — mark orders dispatched or delivered, add a live tracking link (Bolt, Yango, Uber), and Eko tells you when the customer will be emailed
• Cancel orders — with the same confirm-first protection
• Draft WhatsApp messages — Eko writes the message; you review it and tap "Open WhatsApp" to send it from your own number
• Recover abandoned carts — Eko finds carts shoppers left behind, creates a checkout link, and drafts the recovery message for you

A quick word on WhatsApp

Eko never sends messages on its own. It drafts the message, you see exactly what it says, and the "Open WhatsApp" button opens your own WhatsApp with the message prefilled. You always make the final tap. Your customers hear from you — Eko just saves you the typing.

Eko Also Sees Deeper Now

Alongside actions, Eko can now search your entire store history — not just recent activity:

• Find any order, ever — "What did Akosua order in March?"
• Look up any customer's details and spend
• Search your full product catalogue
• List abandoned checkouts from the last 14 days

If the answer exists in your store, Eko can find it.

You're Always in Control

We built this with one rule: the AI proposes, you decide.

• Instant actions are undoable. Every quick change comes with an Undo button.
• Sensitive actions need your confirmation. Payment links, discounts, order changes, and customer messages show you a card with every detail before anything happens.
• Everything is recorded. Every action Eko takes — confirmed, cancelled, or undone — is logged to your store's action history.
• Eko won't act on its own. It only does what you ask, and if your request is unclear, it asks instead of guessing.

And some things Eko deliberately won't touch — like refunds, which stay between you and your customer, the way they always have on Strawlo.
