Delete your Strawlo account

Strawlo is operated by Strawlo. This page explains how to delete your Strawlo account and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete from the app

Open the Strawlo app and sign in.
Tap your profile picture, then Account Settings.
Scroll to Delete account and confirm.

Delete by email

If you can't sign in, email support@strawlo.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and delete the account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes it and the data attached to it. This cannot be undone. It includes:

Your profile and login credentials
Your stores, along with their products, orders, customers and reviews
Uploaded images and other files
Visitor and analytics records for your stores
Notifications, notification settings and subscription records

Your storefront stops being reachable as soon as the account is deleted.

What we keep, and for how long

Transaction records are retained where we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Records held by our payment processor are subject to that processor's own retention rules. Everything else is deleted at the time of your request.
