Adding products used to mean a long form. Name, description, category, price, compare price, stock, options. All of it before your product even existed. If you were listing 20 dresses, you filled that form 20 times.

We heard you. The new product form gets you from photo to live product in under a minute, and it's just as fast on your 20th product as your first.

Start With a Photo and Let AI Do the Typing

Tap Add product and add a photo. On the app you can now take one straight from your camera.

Once your photo is in, tap Fill in details with AI. Strawlo's AI looks at the photo and fills in:

A product name a shopper would actually search for
A description of what's in the photo
A category, reusing one you already have when it fits

It never sets your price. That's always your call. It only runs when you tap the button, so nothing changes unless you ask. Want a fresh take? Tap it again.

Descriptions That Actually Sell

We also rewrote how AI writes product descriptions, both for photo listing and the Write with AI button.

Before, AI loved words like "Discover your new favourite accessory…" and sometimes described the photo instead of the product. Now every description follows a simple shape shoppers can scan:

One clear opening line, then the details buyers check before they pay. No hype, no invented sizes or materials. And if you add your own notes (like "40cm, acrylic"), AI uses them.

A Shorter Form

Only three things are up front now: photos, name and price. That's all a product needs.

Everything else (description, category, compare-at price, wholesale pricing, stock and options) lives under More details. It shows a one-line summary of what you've filled in, so you always know what's there without opening it.

No More Waiting on Uploads

Your photos now start uploading the moment you add them, while you keep typing. By the time you tap Done, they're already up.

We also shrink photos automatically before uploading. A 4MB phone photo becomes a few hundred kilobytes, so uploads are faster for you and store pages load faster for customers on mobile data.

Never Lose a Product Halfway

Called away mid-listing? Your product is saved as a draft automatically. Come back later and you'll see "Picked up where you left off", or tap Start over for a blank form.

Built for Adding Lots of Products

Save & add another. Save and jump straight into a fresh form. Your category and visibility setting stay selected, because your next product is usually in the same place.

Duplicate. Selling the same bag in five colours? Duplicate opens a copy with everything filled in. Change what's different and tap Done. Nothing is created until you do.

One-tap options. Turn on options and tap Sizes S–XL, Shoe sizes or Colours instead of typing every value.

Recent categories. The categories you've used most recently appear as chips: one tap, no scrolling.

Type a price and Strawlo shows what lands in your account after Paystack fees:

Want the full amount? Right below, Strawlo suggests a price that covers the fee. For example, charge GH₵510 and you'll receive GH₵500.06. One tap applies it, and Undo puts your price back.

Stock Is Now Optional

Not everyone counts stock. If you make to order or always have plenty, leave stock blank and your product will never show as sold out.

Enter a number and Strawlo tracks it like before: it goes down with every order, you get low-stock alerts, and customers can't buy more than you have.
