Buy a Custom Domain Right Inside the Strawlo App

Getting your own domain has always been the "grown-up" step for an online store. yourbrand.com looks better on a receipt, on a business card, and in a customer's memory than a long subdomain ever could.

But actually getting one has been a chore. You'd leave Strawlo, sign up at some registrar, pay in a currency that isn't yours, then wrestle with a screen full of "A records" and "CNAME targets" — and hope you typed them in correctly. Plenty of merchants started, got confused halfway, and gave up.

Not anymore.

You can now buy a domain directly inside Strawlo — and we connect it to your store for you. Search for a name, pay with Mobile Money or card, and your store goes live on it. No separate account, no DNS records to copy, no waiting on a developer.

How it works

Open Settings → Domain → Buy a domain (web or the mobile app) and:

1. Search a name. Type the name you want — like kofifashion — and we check what's available across .com, .store, .shop and .co, with the price shown right there.
2. Pick one and pay. Choose your domain, fill in a few details, and pay with Mobile Money or card. The price you see is the price you pay.
3. That's it. We register the domain, connect it to your store, and turn on a free SSL certificate automatically. Within a few minutes your store is live on your own address.

No registrar account. No copying records between two browser tabs. No "why isn't it working" support tickets.

The little things we handle for you

• www just works. www.yourbrand.com automatically redirects to yourbrand.com, so customers reach your store either way.
• HTTPS is automatic. Every domain gets a free SSL certificate — the padlock in the browser — with nothing to set up.
• Renewals are easy. Pay with a card and your domain renews automatically each year. On Mobile Money? We'll email you a reminder in good time so you never lose your address.
• Your old link still works. Your yourstore.strawlo.com address keeps working forever. You're just gaining a second, prettier one.

Prefer to use a domain you already own?

That still works exactly as before. Head to Settings → Domain → Connect a domain you own, and we'll give you the one record to add at your registrar and verify it for you. Buying through Strawlo is simply the faster path for everyone who doesn't already have a domain.
