One of the best things about selling on Strawlo? You keep almost everything you earn. Let's break down exactly how fees work so there are no surprises.
The Two Fees on Every Sale
When a customer pays for an order on your store, there are only two small fees:
1. Strawlo Platform Fee — 1%
This is what keeps Strawlo running. For every sale you make, Strawlo takes just 1% of the order total. That's it. No hidden charges, no monthly transaction limits, no setup fees.
2. Paystack Processing Fee — 1.95%
Paystack is the payment processor that securely handles your customer's money (whether they pay by card, mobile money, or bank transfer). Paystack charges 1.95% per transaction for Ghanaian merchants.
This fee is standard across all businesses using Paystack in Ghana — it's not something Strawlo adds on top.
So What Do You Actually Keep?
You keep about 97% of every sale. Here's the simple math:
Your share = 100% - 1% (Strawlo) - 1.95% (Paystack) = 97.05%
