Managing Multiple Stores

With the Business+ plan, you can run up to 3 separate stores from a single Strawlo account. Each store has its own products, orders, customers, settings, and branding — perfect if you have multiple businesses or want to target different markets.

Store Limits by Plan

Plan Number of Stores
Starter 1 store
Business 1 store
Business+ Up to 3 stores

Every Strawlo account starts with one store. To create additional stores, you'll need to be on the Business+ plan.

Creating a New Store

On the Web Dashboard

  1. Click on your store name in the sidebar (or go to the Stores page)
  2. Click Create New Store
  3. Enter the new store's details:
    • Store Name — The name for your new business
    • Country — Where the store operates (determines currency and payment options)
  4. Click Create

Your new store is created instantly with default categories and settings. You can start customizing it right away.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap your profile icon or go to Settings
  2. Tap on your store name to see your stores list
  3. Tap Create Store
  4. Fill in the store name and country
  5. Tap Create

Switching Between Stores

On the Web Dashboard

Your active store is shown in the sidebar. To switch:

  1. Click on the store name in the sidebar
  2. Select a different store from the dropdown
  3. The dashboard refreshes with data from the selected store

Everything on the dashboard — products, orders, customers, analytics, settings — switches to the selected store.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the store switcher in your profile or header
  2. Select the store you want to manage
  3. The app refreshes with that store's data

Your selected store is remembered across sessions, so next time you open Strawlo, you'll see whichever store you were last working on.

How Data Is Separated

Each store is completely independent. Here's what's unique to each store:

Feature Separated?
Products and inventory Yes — each store has its own product catalog
Orders Yes — orders belong to the store where they were placed
Customers Yes — customer database is per store
Categories Yes — each store has its own categories
Store design and branding Yes — logos, colors, fonts, about section
Custom domain Yes — each store can have its own domain
Payment settings Yes — each store connects to its own bank/MoMo account
WhatsApp integration Yes — each store has its own WhatsApp number
Tracking pixels Yes — each store has its own pixel configuration
Analytics Yes — separate metrics for each store
Discount codes Yes — codes are store-specific
Flash deals Yes — deals run on individual stores

What's Shared

Only your Strawlo account (email, password, subscription) is shared across all stores. Your subscription plan covers all your stores.

Use Cases for Multiple Stores

Different Product Lines

Run a clothing store and a tech accessories store separately, each with their own branding and customer base.

Different Markets

Sell in Ghana and Nigeria with separate stores — different currencies, payment settings, and localized branding.

Testing and Experimentation

Use a second store to test new products, pricing, or branding before rolling changes to your main store.

Seasonal or Pop-up Stores

Create a temporary store for a holiday sale or special event, keep it separate from your main business.

Downgrading Your Plan

If you downgrade from Business+ to a plan that only allows 1 store, you'll need to reduce your store count first. Strawlo will warn you during the downgrade process:

  • You'll see how many stores you have and how many the new plan allows
  • You'll need to delete extra stores before the downgrade can proceed
  • Deleting a store removes all its products, orders, and customer data permanently

Important: Back up any important data before deleting a store. This action cannot be undone.

Quick Tips

1. Give Each Store a Distinct Identity

Use different logos, colors, and branding for each store so customers and you can easily tell them apart.

2. Set Up Payment Settings Per Store

Each store needs its own payment configuration. Don't forget to set up bank/MoMo details for new stores before going live.

3. Keep Track of Which Store You're On

Always check the store name in the sidebar before making changes. It's easy to accidentally edit the wrong store.

4. Use Separate WhatsApp Numbers

If possible, use a different WhatsApp number for each store. This keeps customer conversations organized and professional.

5. Monitor Each Store's Analytics

Check analytics for each store regularly. One store might need more attention or marketing than another.
